Established in 1998, Rebudal Dance has been presented in New York at Joyce SoHo, Danspace Project at St. Mark's Dance: Access Series, Cunningham Studio, Lincoln Center's Bruno Walter Auditorium, the American Museum of Natural History, Cultural Center of the Philippines in Manila, Dance Plance in Washington, DC, International Dance Festival in Connecticut, 92nd St. Y, Arts Boundaries Unlimited in Florida, the Alexandria Dance Festival in Virginia and Montclair State University.

COLLEEN CINTRON is a NYC based dancer, teacher and choreographer. After graduating cumlaude from the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College, she has danced for Rotem Tashach, Megan Williams, Esse Aficionado, Jessica Morgan and is presently Associate Director of John J. Zullo Dance and company member of Rebudal Dance as well as a founding member of danscores by Ofelia Loret de Mola. While dancing for danscores, Ms. Cintron worked alongside Ms. Loret de Mola as Executive Director coordinating both international tours and engagements in the NYC area. Her work has been presented at the Rebound festival and her most recent collaboration is the creation of blackbird dance company which had its premiere at the Work Gallery in Redhook, Brooklyn.

THAYER JONUTZ performed as a fulltime company member with Repertory Dance Theatre for five years, immersing himself in both historical and contemporary works. He has recently completed the MFA dance program at the University of Michigan where he furthered his professional career performing with the Peter Sparling Dance Company. He has maintained his relationship with the University of Michigan by guest performing as the lead role in Paul Taylor’s Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rehearsal) in 2010. Jonutz is a professor of dance at Oakland University and is teaching Modern dance technique, improvisation/composition, dance pedagogy, and is the director of the Repertory Dance Company. Along with Amy Cova, he is co-founder and co-artistic director of Mise en Place Dance, a company that performs in both Michigan and New York.

CHRIS MASTERS, a native Michigander, has relocated to Detroit this year after spending time in New York working as a free lance choreographer, as Artistic Director for Mack Avenue Dance Company, and as Managing Director for a currency trading firm. A 2004 graduate of Wayne State University, he was a double major in Finance and Dance. Chris has served on the faculties of the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, Wayne State University, the American College Dance Festival, and the American Ballet Theatre's Summer Intensive. He has performed with Bill Young/Colleen Thomas and Dancers in New York, Detroit Dance Collective in Detroit, and CounterGroove Dance Company in Chicago. This fall, Chris will begin working towards an MFA in Choreography at the University of Iowa.

ELAINE SLEDGE is native of Detroit, MI. She started her dance career at Wayne State University on a full Talent Award Scholarship with a Bachelor’s of Science. She has taking additional workshop classes with Alvin Ailey, Deeply Rooted, Christopher Huggins, and the Detroit Opera House. She has performed with the Detroit Opera House in La Rondine, Cinderella, Aida, as well as other noted dance companies. Also, she has performed in New York and abroad in Italy.  Elaine has taught at Youthville of Detroit Motor City Dance Factory and Ballet Renaissance. Currently she dances with Mme. Cadillac Dance Theater and she continues to perform professionally with other local companies

BRYAN STRIMPEL has been dancing for 11 years and is heading into his senior year at Wayne State University pursuing a BFA in dance. He danced with Nicholas Leichter Dance in the Joyce premier of "Killa" and he will be joining the company at the Lincoln Center as a guest in "The Whiz: Obamaland" this summer. He performed with Wayne State's Dance Workshop in the National ACDFA Gala at the Kennedy Center and has also traveled to Cali, Colombia to perform, as well as teach, in the workshop Comfenalco. Bryan is excited to be a part of "Spero Meliora" and would like to thank everyone who had a part in making this collaboration a success!

KATE VINCEK, originally from Detroit, Michigan, recieved her BFA from the Maggie Allesee Department of Dance at Wayne State University in 2010. Kate accomplished many achievements at Wayne State, both in perofrmance and choreogaphy. She choreographed the work “Shrill” in 2009 which was selected to perform at ACDFA Nationals in 2010. As a guest tudent performer. Kate danced with Nicholas Leichter Dance in the Company’s permier of his work “Killa” in 2009 at the Joyce, NYC. She is an original member of Shifting Sol, a dance company directed by Alison Woerner. Kate will be moving to New York City to pursue her career as a professional dancer in the fall.

JOHN ZULLO is originally from the Bronx, New York currently residing in NYC. He graduated from American University in 1996 with a B.A. in Anthropology and 1999 with an M.A. in Dance. John danced with many artists while at American, and was privileged to perform in the work of Ohad Naharin. He was awarded an Outstanding Choreographers Grant  from the Arts Club of Washington. Since returning to NYC he has danced with Andrew Jannetti and Dancers, Barry Blumenfeld /TAPFUSION, and Jeff Rebudal Dance as a dancer and Rehearsal/Associate director. He also danced with Regina Nejman & Company, performing in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and New York, as well as choreographer Erick Montes.  He is currently creating his own work and performing throughout New York.
